01 Introduction & Overview

This Privacy Policy describes the policies and principles governing the Replace Pro mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application" or "the App"), designed and developed by DV Siam.

Replace Pro is an offline-first productivity tool engineered to find and replace words, phrases, numbers, and Unicode symbols in texts of any length. We strongly believe that your personal content should remain yours alone. This policy provides complete transparency regarding how our software respects your data and privacy.

02 Information We Do NOT Collect

Replace Pro does not collect, record, transmit, or monetize any information whatsoever. Specifically:

• No Personal Information: We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, gender, or age.
• No Text Content Logging: The text you input, search queries you make, and replacement results you generate are never logged, transmitted, or saved to external storage.
• No Device Information: We do not track IMEI numbers, IP addresses, MAC addresses, hardware models, or operating system identifiers.
• No Accounts or Logins: The application does not contain an account registration, login system, or user profiling mechanism.

03 How Your Text Is Processed (Local On-Device Execution)

All text operations—including search matching, case-sensitivity checking, whole-word filtering, text replacement, and undo buffering—are performed strictly in the volatile memory (RAM) of your mobile device.

Once you close or dismiss the application, temporary input states in RAM are discarded by the Android operating system. No text ever leaves your physical device.

04 Device Permissions & Clipboard Access

Replace Pro is built to require zero sensitive Android permissions. Specifically:

• No Internet Permission: The application does not require or utilize Android's android.permission.INTERNET permission.
• No Storage Permission: We do not require read/write access to your device's external storage or media files.
• Clipboard Functionality: When you manually choose to tap "Paste" or "Copy Result", the app uses standard Android system clipboard APIs only for the immediate requested action. The app does not monitor or scrape your clipboard in the background.

05 Third-Party Services & Advertising

We do not partner with or integrate third-party data aggregators, advertising platforms, or tracking analytics.

• Zero Advertising SDKs: No AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, or Meta Audience Network.
• Zero Analytics: No Google Analytics for Firebase, Flurry, Mixpanel, or Crashlytics.
• No Cloud Backend: There are no remote servers, cloud databases, or web APIs interacting with the application.

06 Children’s Privacy

Replace Pro complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policy requirements.

Because the application does not collect, retain, or share any personal information from any user, it is completely safe for audiences of all ages, including children under the age of 13.

07 Data Security

Because all text processing is confined strictly to your local device without any network connectivity, your data is inherently protected from transmission interception, data breaches, and unauthorized server access. You retain absolute control over your text at all times.

08 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if new offline features are added. Any updates will be reflected on this page with an updated "Effective Date". We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
